(Ep. 17) Paloma Delgadillo, Pres. of Chicago Chapter of NOW


Paloma Delgadillo currently serves as President of the Chicago Chapter of the National Organization for Women and Vice President of Chapter Development at the Illinois State Chapter. Chicago NOW is a grassroots organization that fights for reproductive justice, for LGBTQ rights, to end violence against women, to promote women’s economic equity, for racial justice, and to pass an Equal Rights Amendment. In this role, Paloma has given speeches, spoken in press conferences, and spearheaded various events and initiatives. As the daughter of two naturalized US citizens originally from Mexico, Paloma recognizes the importance of intersectional feminism.
In addition to serving as CNOW’s President, Paloma studies to earn her Master’s of Science in Analytics from the University of Chicago and works full time at Legal & General Investment Management America as a Quantitative Analyst. For fun, Paloma enjoys rock climbing and playing Dungeons & Dragons.
